Privacy
Your data, in plain words.
Last updated October 3, 2026
This policy covers the mixingpal.com website and the waitlist. Antithetical Labs LLC, a Wyoming company in the United States, runs both. The Mixing Pal app will come with its own privacy policy.
Questions or requests go to hello@mixingpal.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist. We use it to send your invite when Mixing Pal is ready to try. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for ads.
- How people use the site. We use PostHog to count page views and clicks, see which sections people reach and how far they scroll, and note how they arrived, for example from a link or a printed flyer. PostHog also notes your browser and device type, and uses your IP address to estimate your approximate location. This usage data is not linked to your email address.
- Session recordings. PostHog can record how a visit moves through the page: scrolling, clicks and page changes. What you type into form fields is hidden and never recorded. Recordings never use your camera or microphone.
- A bot check. When the page loads, Cloudflare Turnstile checks signals from your browser to confirm that a person is using the waitlist form.
- Server logs. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
PostHog sets no cookies on this site and stores nothing on your device for us. We send its data through our own domain (mixingpal.com/ingest) to PostHog's servers in the United States.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the bot check. It stores the waitlist emails in its Western Europe region.
- PostHog stores the usage data and session recordings in the United States.
- Directory sites that list Mixing Pal, such as Submitator, show "featured on" badges in the footer. Your browser loads each badge image from that directory's own site, which then sees your IP address.
Cloudflare and PostHog are US companies, so your data may also be processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until Mixing Pal launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. We keep usage data and session recordings only while they help us improve the site, and never longer than PostHog's retention period for our account.
Your choices
Email hello@mixingpal.com to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. We answer within 30 days. Because usage data is not linked to your email address, we cannot look up one visitor's usage data.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, this site does not load PostHog at all.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent to store your email address, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site for usage data and security. You can object to that use of usage data at any time, by turning on one of those browser signals or by emailing us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top.
