These terms cover your use of mixingpal.com and the waitlist. Antithetical Labs LLC, a Wyoming company in the United States, runs both. By using the site, you agree to these terms. The Mixing Pal app will come with its own terms.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invite, a price or a release date. Mixing Pal is still in development, so features may change before or after launch, and we may stop offering it.

Using the site

Please use the site the way it is meant to be used. Do not sign up with someone else's email address, send automated or bulk signups, scrape the site, or try to break, overload or get around its security.

The text, design and images on this site belong to Antithetical Labs LLC. You may link to the site and share it, but do not copy it to present as your own.

No guarantees

We provide the site "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, Antithetical Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site, and our total liability to you is limited to US$100.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Wyoming govern these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
